At KAI, we do work that matters! About the Role The Director of Creative Design leads the development of communications strategy, messaging, and creative assets for national, regional, and local health communications campaigns.
The position will provide leadership on campaign strategy, message development, and analysis of campaign engagement metrics.
This position may work on a variety of project topic areas such as education, behavioral health, health care, environmental protection, justice, economic development, food sovereignty, cultural/language preservation, arts, and social services.
Examples include messaging for vaccination promotion campaigns in tribal communities and branding for suicide prevention public service announcements targeting American Indian and Alaska Native youth.
Responsibilities include:
Weave together different aspects (vision, brand story, visual elements, physical environment, service) into a cohesive narrative Build stories that combine human experiences, facts, and emotions together into compelling narratives that change perceptions Develop deliverables such as compelling stories, visualizations, written narratives, experiential exhibits, or strategic positioning documents Provide daily leadership and direction for the creative design team members (graphic designers and video editors) Manage various Communications contracts, ensuring that projects are completed on-time and within budget, and are of high-quality Support implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of KAI's creative processes Oversee and supervise graphics design team to ensure creative continuity throughout all client deliverables Qualifications Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (highly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (required) 5 years' experience managing complex communications campaigns (required) 10 years' experience in public relations, media relations, advertising, copywriting, social marketing, social media, graphic design, messaging, strategic communications planning, and communications research (preferred) Experience owning budgets and workplans (required) Supervisory experience (required) Experience working with American Indian and Alaska Native communities (highly preferred) Supervisory Responsibility This position will supervise a minimum of 2-3 direct reports.
Job Conditions The position may require some travel, and may include evening meetings, extended hours, and interruptions from time-to-time.
Close computer work for extended periods of time will be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
