The Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office.
Responsibilities Manage and oversee the office staff and administrative tasks Maintain office supplies and equipment Assist with scheduling and coordinating patients.
Ensure that all paperwork is completed and timely reports are prepared Maintain a positive attitude and work with all staff members to ensure that office operations run smoothly Manage the office budget, including but not limited to invoicing, expense reports, etc.
Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors, suppliers, and service providers Manage the appointment calendar and schedule patients accordingly Manage all incoming mail and packages Supervision and appointment of staff Manage insurance claims Take care of marketing and public relations Implement procedures and policies Assist in other administrative tasks as needed Has knowledge of Dentrix Job Type:
