The ideal candidate for the role of Host/Hostess will be enthusiastic and personable, willing to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service.
The host/hostess will be responsible for greeting customers and seating them at tables.
They're also responsible for handling all incoming phone orders and maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must work well in a team setting.
Be able to work a flexible schedule.
Able to communicate with guests, respond to telephone calls, able to communicate with other staff members; make eye contact when speaking; and maintain an upbeat, friendly demeanor.
Speak politely to guests; smile and greet them at the door; seat guests at restaurant tables and explain the menu, food preparation, and beverage options.
Adhere to the dress code.
