Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:
Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments.
Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
Collects all monies due for services rendered.
Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
