Roof Inspector

- Be able to climb roof of 2-3 stories, and some steep roofs.
-Be able to carry a ladder that ranges from 28 ft.
to 40 ft.
- Collaborate with sales, insurance inspectors engineers to address issues on the property.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations for corrective action.
Qualifications - Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred - Knowledge of building materials - Ability to read and interpret estimates provided by insurance - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-compliance - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations - Physical stamina for performing inspections in various weather conditions and lifting heavy objects Job Type:
