Looking for coverage on some Mondays and every Wednesday in Centreville, and possibly Tuesdays and Thursday in Vienna.
One year of experience in a medical office setting is required.
Billing experience is recommended.
Tasks include:
- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
-Answering phones -Scheduling appointments -Collecting co payments and patient balances -Verifying Insurance -Scanning information (new patient paperwork, eye exams, etc) into patient files - Being a good communicator -Being able to multi-task.
-Willing to cross-train.
Must be proficient on the computer with basic computer skills.
