Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Serve as a team lead and key contributor by collaborating directly with the Benefits
manager
, employees, clients and carriers/vendors as necessary, to determine individual needs and make informed decisions, through independent research and or information gathering to provide continuous support
Sets priorities and manages workflows to ensure accurate performance outcomes
Accountable for timely and accurate data processing, filing and client changes
Accountable for the preparation of presentations and customized materials for group enrollments
Stay current with healthcare reform and government compliance requirements
