Description:
Seeking an Operations Support Engineer specializing in emergent PC/Mobile technologies associated with the convergence of network communication, Windows/MAC application software development, and cellular communications. Serving as a professional staff member on-site with the Government's team, the ideal candidate will support key system level activities in the deployment of state of the art communication systems.
Candidate must be organized and effective in communicating plans, requirements, results and information to customers at a variety of management levels and technical backgrounds.
Self-starter, motivated and able to work in a highly dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
BS (or MS) in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field
15
years experience with engineering design processes including hardware and software testing and development, system integration and installation, and product lifecycle support.
15
years experience with networking principles, related to cellular networks, wireless and wired LANs, and computer systems.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Prior military service and/or project lead experience being considered a definite plus
Some scripting background is a plus.
Clearance Requirement:
Active Top Secret with elegibility to obtain SCI

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
