Could you be the great assistant I'm seeking to work full-time and handle many of the administrative/marketing details of running my growing Real Estate Business?
Busy Real Estate Team Leader needs very organized, detail-oriented assistant 40 hours weekly.
I own a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales business located in Centreville, Virginia. I need an administrative/marketing assistant to help me implement and manage several marketing systems, track their performance and make appropriate changes to maximize investment and lead/prospects capture and conversion, work with marketing vendors to make changes to websites, make changes to presentations and marketing material, keep track of office paperwork, add prospects and listings/property information to our customer management system, track contract deadlines, interact with our clients, vendors, Outside Sales Agents, Inside Sales and Transaction Coordinators, and take care of other administrative/marketing details that go along with running a real estate business.
Are you somebody who's superb at handling details a loyal, hardworking behind the scenes type person who always follows through and almost never misses a deadline a strong typist with good computer skills able to quickly learn new systems and computer programs comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can change quickly a super-organized get-it-done type person who's also very good on the phone talking with people?
If so, you just might be the great assistant I'm looking for 40 hours a week (9:
00 am till 6:
00 pm, Monday through Fridays). The pay is negotiable and our office dress code is business casual. Work location will be as needed in the office, my home office, or your home.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
