If so, then we have role you may be interested in-Senior Technical Recruiter.In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers in defining position responsibilities and identifying potential qualified candidates, interview and recommend placement of candidates for positions, manage the hiring process including recommending salary offers, relocation packages, and addressing any other issues pertaining to prospective candidates, negotiate relocation packages for employees being redeployed, and conduct workforce planning. QualificationsRequirements Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Experience in cleared recruiting-8+ years. Preferred Experience in sourcing candidates. Experience in e-recruiting and automated application tracking systems. Experience dealing with engineers operating within the intelligence community. Experience supporting the defense and intelligence community. Ability to apply talent management principles, company policies to assigned area. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees. Ability to handle a wide variety of sensitive situations. Ability to clearly articulate the application of relevant laws and regulations. Ability to clearly articulate TM principles and company policies to guide managers. Ability to handle confidential assignments. Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly-visible environment. Understanding of related laws and regulations. Skills in interpersonal relationships. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
