Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidatesSource passive candidates through networking, using complex Boolean search strings and social media outreachCollaborate and build relationships with hiring managers on candidates and conduct phone screensDevelop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to find and attract applicantsManage reporting on key recruiting metrics such as pipeline statistics, diversity goals, time to fillEnsure application of our best practices for interviewing and structured hiring processCreate requisitions and creative ads for external sitesMaintain integrity of the Applicant Tracking SystemParticipate in career fairs and recruiting events
Qualifications:
A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A$ A' A' ?Experience recruiting with mission partners across the IC and DoD.
Candidates with radar/satellite technology recruiting experience preferred A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalentA cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' 5-7 years' recruiting experience including using an applicant tracking systemA cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Full life cycle recruiting experience within a Government contracting environmentA cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Ability to implement creative solutions to complex problems and difficult challengesA cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security ClearanceRiverside Research strives to be one of America's premier providers of independent, trusted technical and scientific expertise.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
