Senior Technical Recruiter

Riverside Research is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join a fun, collaborative, and fast paced team in ourA' Centreville, VA Research office.
The Senior Recruiter willA' help the team recruit top talent across multiple departments in the company.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of a robust program to maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates Source passive candidates through networking, using complex Boolean search strings and social media outreach Collaborate and build relationships with hiring managers on candidates and conduct phone screens Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, professional associations and other organizations to find and attract applicants Manage reporting on key recruiting metrics such as pipeline statistics, diversity goals, time to fill Ensure application of our best practices for interviewing and structured hiring process Create requisitions and creative ads for external sites Maintain integrity of the Applicant Tracking System Participate in career fairs and recruiting events
Qualifications:
A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A$ A' A' ? Experience recruiting with mission partners across the IC and DoD.
Candidates with radar/satellite technology recruiting experience preferred A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' 5-7 years' recruiting experience including using an applicant tracking system A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Full life cycle recruiting experience within a Government contracting environment A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Ability to implement creative solutions to complex problems and difficult challenges A cents EUR cents A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance Riverside Research strives to be one of America's premier providers of independent, trusted technical and scientific expertise.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
