We are seeking a Senior Program Manager in our Cyber Business Line within our National Security Business Unit.

This position is in our Chantilly, VA regional office.
JOB SUMMARYAs a member of Battelle's Cyber Business Line, you'll bridge engineering and business principles to run a technically complex portfolio with multiple competing priorities.
This includes building trusted relationships with our customers and mission partners, collaborating with them to define requirements, set program priorities, and shape the strategy for the portfolio.
You'll work closely with division managers and engineering leads to ensure high-quality, mission-relevant deliverables, and drive innovation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESAs Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for:
Shaping strategic initiatives, Developing trusted customer relationships to execute the strategy Managing a portfolio of related program across National Security Business Lines Leveraging business development and capture management to grow that portfolio Managing cost and schedule, Developing and maintaining Program Management Plans, Implementing change management and supporting quality control and safety processes, Overseeing portfolio metrics for customer and corporate requirements Driving portfolio growth objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and return on investment Support recruiting, selection, and mentoring of project managers, technical leads, Communicating and coordinating resource needs, Understanding the competition and growing external partnerships when necessary, Supporting the business line planning processes, Communicating with diverse audiences including customers and clients, senior management, scientists, academia, and the community.
THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIREDYou know how to motivate staff and teammates as well as thrive in a fast-paced, cross-discipline, collaborative environment while meeting the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in EE, CS, CE, Math, Physics the Physical Sciences or equivalent, 12 years of project management, Experience with system engineering trade-offs and guiding project and technical leads, Demonstrated ability to communicate with executive level management, teaming partners and customers, Experience leading a team of experts in physical sciences developing novel techniques, instrumentation, and processes on a complex technical infrastructure, Willingness to travel to regional office sites and partner locations across the United States, US Citizenship with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED Graduate degree in EE, CS, CE, Math, Physics the Physical Sciences or equivalent, Experience managing large Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (IDIQ) contracts, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar, Secret clearance.
TRAVELThis opportunity requires mostly local travel; however, some travel will be required to Battelle's headquarters (Columbus, OH), other Battelle regional sites, partner locations and customer sites.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
